ASP's services include: skilled nursing services, home health aide services, companions, live-ins and personal care assistants, and network services for managed care organizations and self-insured employers.

Home Health Support Services are essential for patients who need assistance with daily activities, homemaking, and companionship. Our specially trained Home Health Aides, Homemakers and Companions provide help and support in three essential areas: personal care (assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing); light housekeeping including errands, meals, and homemaking tasks; and supportive companionship.

Our Home Health Aide Services for personal care start with an initial home visit by a Registered Nurse who assesses the needs of the patient. A plan of care is then developed in collaboration with the patient, family and physician. We focus special attention on finding the ideal patient-caregiver match.

Homemaker/Companion services focus upon activities related to home management, including grocery shopping, chores, errands and generalized cleaning/organizing. This can also include accompanying the patient on medical, personal or family outings to provide support and companionship for the patient.
